The Repair Tag number is tracked by an Excel spreadsheet and is divided into the repair operations it will go through. Those steps are indicated as done or not done using a 0 to represent what is to be done or an X to indicate the work is completed. See an example on the image below. When the job is completed the line is colored bright green up the the point of designated repair. The green highlights we are waiting for our customer to pick up the repaired item. When a repair is completed the line is filled with a light color blue and the pickup category is X'd out.
